Mia Tui Bags – Practical, Durable and Affordable

Why Choose Mia Tui?

I first came across Mia Tui bags in 2021 when I was searching for a practical and durable handbag for work. I needed something that could handle being thrown in and out of the car, overstuffed with my essentials and still look smart and professional. I was replacing a lovely leather Radley bag which had started to show its age.

I bought the ‘Mini Jen’ bag in black and have used this same bag ever since. Apart from some tea stains on the lining (entirely my fault) it is holding up incredibly well and still looks smart. It carries everything I need as well as all the non essential clutter I fill it with. It has proven to be one of my best handbag purchases to date.

The Mia Tui bags tend to have a bright blue interior with a variety of compartments making it easy to organise and find things in the bag. I love the insulated water bottle holder which fits my contigo thermal mug perfectly. The bag also came with a matching faux leather clutch bag which works well for holding all my essentials such as hand cream and first aid items. If this bag ever needs replacing then I would not hesitate to buy the same again!

Expanding my collection

Since my initial purchase, I have fallen in love with the brand and have gone on to buy packing cubes, a ‘Jennie’ travel bag, a beautiful toiletry bag and a cross body bag which I wear fairly constantly as it is the perfect size for the essentials. Mia Tui have a good range of sizes, styles and colour for their bags. They are made of vegan friendly material being faux-leather or their nylon ‘Lite’ fabric so there is something for most tastes and needs.

The delivery times have been great and tend to buy using a discount code that I get through being on the mailing list. Also keep an eye out for the bundle deals that frequently appear on the website as these offer even more value for money. I would only buy direct from Mia Tui (or QVC). I did once buy a Mia Tui from Vinted and it seemed to be creased and I just couldn’t get it right. This is not an issue I have ever had with the bags I have bought directly.

Durability & Customer Service

In terms of quality, I’ve been really impressed overall. My only slight criticism is that on one of my bags, the PU (faux leather) fabric peeled slightly in certain areas. However, given how much I put my bags through—and the fact that I definitely haven’t followed the simple care instructions provided on their website—I think this was more down to my own rough handling than an issue with the product itself.

That said, their customer service has always been excellent, and I’ve never had any issues with delivery times. Plus, the brand gets fantastic reviews on TrustPilot and Feefo, which reassures me that others have had equally positive experiences. Right now, they even offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, which shows their confidence in their products.

Final Thoughts – why I love Mia Tui

If you’re looking for a high-end designer bag or real leather, Mia Tui may not be for you. But if you want a functional, stylish, and incredibly durable bag at a great price, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Their bags are beautifully designed, packed with practical features, and built to last—all while being affordable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!

What I am tempted to buy next?

I have a Jennie travel bag in graphite which I love and can fit loads in but is ideal for hand luggage on a plane. My only slight criticism of it is that it is slightly heavy when full (probably because of all the junk i throw in). I am going to get a Jennie in their LITE range as these are about 30% lighter than PU but are still water resistant. It looks a bit more casual than the faux leather but due to being lighter will be a good alternative option for travelling.
